Culinary Team
The Federation fund and operate 2 Scottish Culinary teams, the Junior Team for chefs up to the age of 23 years old and the Senior Team chefs aged over 23 years old.
As a member of The World Association of Chefs Societies we compete at a number of international culinary events, and this year we hosted the world Culinary Grand Prix at ScotHot, where the Scottish team won Gold and were the overall winner of the Studio kitchen. We also have a number of domestic committments that the team fulfil including, helping at the CiS Excellence Awards and the annual Team fundraising Dinner.
We are in the process of recruiting the teams that will compete at the World Cup at Expogast in Luxemburg in November 2010.
