Calling all Chefs!

Do you think that your recipes could win prizes? Put your money where your mouth is and enter the Russell Partnership's first ever Food for the Brain Chef's Recipe Challenge, for the chance to win lots of prizes from cases of champagne to an iPod touch.

We want to see your best recipes in each of the following categories:

1. Breakfast
2. Grab and Go/Snacks
3. Main Meals
4. Oily fish dishes
5. Vegetarian Main Meals
6. Puddings, Cakes and Biscuits
7. Special diets (such as gluten free, wheat free and dairy free)

Our nutrition consultant Fiona McDonald Joyce will be judging your contributions - she'll be looking for recipes that are both nutritious and delicious.

A Menu Guide can be downloaded from our website to help you create balanced dishes.

You can enter as many recipes as you like, and the competition is open to individuals and teams of chefs from the same institution. The more you enter, the greater your chances of winning! The best of the bunch will feature in a Recipe Database on The Russell Partnership's Nutrition Blog at http://www.russellpartnership.com/nutrition/. This is intended to be an invaluable reference tool available to everyone, so that your kitchen will have free access to a wealth of tried and tested healthy recipes.

To enter, simply visit http://www.russellpartnership.com/nutrition_consult/chefschallenge.htm to submit your recipes online. All entries must be received by Friday 14th November 2008. There are prizes for the best overall team and individual contributions, so get your whole team involved and enter recipes in as many of the categories as possible.

Good luck and get cooking!
