Major Series Scotland Launch
Scottish Chefs invite you and your students to take part in the first ever Major Series Scotland!
Taking place on Tuesday 9thOctober 2018 at West College Paisley, the Major Series will give your students a chance to test their skills in the competition arena and experiment with great tasting stocks and marinades courtesy of Major International.
Aimed at all skill levels, there are three live classes for your students to choose from where they will create modern style chicken dishes, on-trend global street food and exciting pasta dishes.
Each student who is awarded Best in Class will receive £50 in vouchers and the lucky winner of the Chicken Challenge will also get the chance to compete in the Major Series Grand Final at the Foodservice Show in January 2019 with a voucher prize of £500 for themselves and £250 for their college!
