Young Chef of the Year 2021
Congratulations to Fraser Cameron from The Globe Inn who has been crowned Young Scottish Chef of the Year 2021. Fraser’s menu included a venison tartare, rack & loin of Scotch lamb PGI with carrot & ginger puree & Boudin Noir and a dessert of strawberries, cream cheese & pistachios. It really was an outstanding day especially given the last 18 months. Well done to all the competitors!
